Ok, here’s how it works: We start everything with brand strategy. We don’t just design websites or collateral out of thin air. Once your brand is solid, we then design the collateral based on that: website, merch, packaging, social media templates—whatever you need. What if I already have a brand?

If your current brand was professionally designed and you have brand guidelines, we can definitely work with that. However, if your brand wasn’t created with a solid strategy or lacks clear guidelines, we’ll start by building the foundation to ensure everything is aligned and set up for success.
Can I get my brand designed now, then come back later for my website?

Absolutely! Your brand is the core of your business and sets the stage for everything else—merch, packaging, your website, social media, and more. We can start with branding, and when you’re ready to expand to the next phase, like your website, we’ll be here.
How does payment work? Do you offer payment plans?

We require a $1000 deposit upfront to secure your spot. The remaining balance can be set up on autopay, with 50% project costs due prior to project start date, and time-based installments that work for you.
What services do you offer?

Branding and brand strategy are at the heart of what we do. From there, we offer a broad range of services like web design, packaging design, print publications, social media content batching and management, website management (for sites we’ve designed), and custom illustration. We always begin with branding to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. For one-off projects (if you already have a professionally designed brand), we book those as VIP design-intensive days. After designing my brand, will you still help me?

That is totally up to you, but we are here if you'd like to keep working together. Some clients prefer to take the reins themselves, and we’ll make sure you’re equipped with a brand manual and the know-how to manage your site. That said, most clients prefer ongoing support to keep everything polished and consistent. We offer monthly retainers for site management and social content, or you can book us for VIP design intensives on a regular basis. We’ll figure out what works best for you as we go.
